Supreme Court Decides Pledge Case on Technicality - Michael Newdow Update
The Supreme court ruled against Newdow 8-0.
"The ruling by the justices was based on the technicality that Newdow could not bring the case before the court because he did not have legal control over his daughter, on whose behalf he was arguing.
I'll take it. I'm not so happy about the technicality aspect of it though. Even though Michael did get as far as the Supreme Court, I'm quite certain that someone who is the legal guardian of a child, and hates all references to God, will take the same steps Michael has and get even further. This is just a small set back. The anti-faith crowd will stop at nothing until God has been wiped from the history of our great nation.
